Dr Augustine Alugbala Nwazunku, a licensed Consultant Environmental Health Practitioner; a Specialist Fellow of the West African Postgraduate college of Environmental Health,(FWAPCEH). Dr. Nwazunku iscurrently a Senior Lecturer in Department of Environmental Health Science, Faculty of Health of Health Sciences and Technology, Nnewi Campus, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. I’m a native of Ntezi-Aba,Izzi in Nkalekle-Echara unuhu autonomous Community in Ebonyi Local Government, Ebonyi State. I possess various academic qualifications to include: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Health Science (Specializing in Environmental Epidemiology and Toxicology) Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State; a Master of Science (MSc.) Degree in Environmental Health Science of Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State; a Master of Public Health (MPH) Degree from the Imo State University Owerri, Imo State; Bachelor of Science, Second class upper (BSc.) Degree in Environmental Science from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, Abia State; a professional Diploma in Public Health of West African Health Examination Board WAHEB. Dr Nwazunku has vast working experiences in the public sector as Environmental health Officer held positions like, LGA immunization officer, Ezza LGA, Anambra State, Lecturer Enugu State School of Health Technology, Acting State Epidemiologist Ebonyi State, Ebonyi State Health Management Information Officer, Project Manager Ebonyi State World Bank Assisted HIV/AIDS Programme Development Project and Executive Secretary Ebonyi State Agency for Control of AIDS.
