Dr. Tochukwu Matthew Oguegbe is an esteemed Associate Professor of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. His research expertise spans a diverse range of fields, including Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Education, Sustainable Development, and Employee Well-being. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Oguegbe has demonstrated exceptional leadership and administrative acumen, serving the university in various capacities. Notably, he has held positions such as Assistant Director of the Certificate Program at Unizik Business School, Sub Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and Immediate Past Deputy Director of the Centre for Sustainable Development, all at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Currently, Dr. Oguegbe is on sabbatical at the National Defence College, Nigeria, where he continues to share his expertise and experience with participants. His research has been widely published in reputable journals nationally and internationally, contributing significantly to the body of knowledge in the field of industrial and organisational psychology. Additionally, he serves as an external examiner for postgraduate students, providing guidance and support to emerging scholars.
