Dr. Adaoma Eugenia Igwedibia is a READER in ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE Department, Faculty Of Arts in Nnamdi Azikiwe University
My name is Rev. Sr. Dr. Eugenia Adaoma Igwedibia. I am a senior Lecturer in the Department of Englsh Language and Literature, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Her research interest includes the interface betwen pragmatics and literary studies. She teaches pragmatics, African diaspora literature, African/African American literature, Carbbean literature and Semiotics. She has supervised one Ph.D. thesis, three masters dissertations and numerous undergradute projects. She is still supervising undergraduate and students. She has worked in different secondary schools and colleges of education in Nigeria. she has presented academic papers at several local and international conferences. She has published an accepted number of papers in several journals. She has written an English textbook entitled: Simplification of some Aspects of the English Language. Her book entitled: Literary Pragmatics Textbook is currently in print.
