An educationist with management background and keen interest in analysis and synthesis of educational systems. I am an ardent believer in the potency of planning and policy formulation in optimization of educational systems’ performance. Albeit, the efficiency of policies and developed plan of action is actually dependent on the correctness of the problem identification and definition (also known as diagnosis) for which it is developed. Hence, my recent interest in the area of diagnostic testing, which is one of the first set of steps in planning and development of policy.
