Staff Profile

Osilo Chidimma, specialises in food microbiology; investigating the microbial safety, quality and functional properties, with keen interest in the use of novel probiotic strains to improve public health and fortify food systems. She also specialises in industrial Microbiology, using microbial fermentation for production of industrial byproducts including high activity enzymes. Her research employs statistical tools such as R, SPSS, Excel etc.,to design experiments that translates into scientific insights.
