I am Dr Njideka Phina Onyekwelu ( PhD, M.Sc, MBA, PDE, PGD, B.Sc, HND, ND). A Female Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences. My area of specialization include Human Resources Management, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Development. I have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. I am a good team player, a result-oriented, hard working, and self motivated person. I posses all the qualities required of a teaching staff and I aspire to explore my potentials and expertise for the interest of this Nobel Profession.
