Dr Onyemekonwu, Raymond Chukwuka hails from Owa-Alero in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, South-South Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Extension from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. Dr Onyemekonwu is a researcher and a development agent with interest in Agricultural programme planning, monitoring, evaluation and capacity building/human resource development. He also has a wealth of experience in social impact assessment studies.

Dr. Onyemekonwu is currently a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, Anambra State, South-East Nigeria. He is registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and a member of Agricultural Extension society of Nigeria (AESON) and the institute of professional Agriculturists of Nigeria. (IPAN).. He has published both local and international journal.
