I have in PhD in Stylistics in 2014. I have taught in Imo State Polytechnic (Awka Study Centre), and currently a facilitator in National Open University. I am critical linguist; I have done several researches and scholarly articles on sociogrammar, which includes stylistics, pragmatics and critical discourse analysis. This took me into interdisciplinary researches where other domains of social sciences, such as, analytical philosophy, sociology, psychology, political science, etc, are integral part of the analysis of discourse or language in use. I am also an ELT (ESP and ESL) scholar, that is, part of applied English linguistics.
