I am Ohachosim Celestine Ikem, a native of Azia in Ihiala L. G. A. of Anambra state. Born on the 8th of August, 1978, I did my primary school education in Ogbomade Primary School, Irukpen, Edo state (former Bendel state (1988); secondary school education in Azia Institute of Commerce, Azia (AICA) (now Azia Comprehensive Secondary School, Azia). Studied Economics in Nnamdi Azikiwe University- B.Sc.(2003) and M. Sc.(2017); studied Accountancy in the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus(UNEC)-B.Sc.(2005), M. Sc. 2014) and PhD in view. I was inducted as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN) in 2012. My working experiences are mostly in the private sectors. I have worked as an accountant in Bemaje Health International, Abuja, Beyound the Sky ltd, Ihiala Anambra. I have also served in the capacity of a consultant to many private firms in Nigeria. I am also an entrepreneur farmer. I am the director of Ohachosim Farms Nig., undertaking active farm operations in Azia, Ihiala, Anambra state. I am presently in the department of accountancy as a lecturer in this great institute. I have the intention to combine academic excellence with practical work and entrepreneurial experiences in training functional and employable accountants in this University.
