Hello, my name is Obiokoye Chigbo Stephen. I currently work as an Administrator in the Statistics sub-unit of the Personnel Unit at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. In my role, I manage the university staff nominal roll, ensuring that administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also serve as the ICT Officer overseeing the university's CIRMS portal (www.cirs.unizik.edu.ng). My tasks include updating staff information related to promotions, upgrades, proper placement, conversions, and corrections, as well as onboarding newly recruited staff. I also provide support to staff members outside of office hours to assist with the online appraisal process through the CIRMS website. Additionally, I am the Desk Officer for the Federal Character Commission, where I am responsible for submitting and updating the university staff nominal roll on the commission's website quarterly and yearly. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve administrative processes and support our university community.
