Dr. Clara is a senior lecturer in Entrepreneurial Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in International Business Management (specialising in global mobility, strategic business management and human resource management) from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford. Dr. Clara has presented papers in conferences including British Psychology Society and Research Conferences at Anglia Ruskin University Chelmsford and Cambridge. She is a member of Editorial Board of Unizik Journal of Entrepreneurship (ENTREP); Head of Department, Entrepreneurship studies. She has served as the Secretary, Departmental Board for Department of Entrepreneurial Studies and Coordinator, Continuing Education Program (CEP) for Department of Entrepreneurial Studies, and Management Sciences Faculty Alumni Representative Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.
TEACHING
Dr. Clara has taught range of Entrepreneurial, Strategic Business Management and Cross-cultural Management modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Presently at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, she is a module leader for Small Scale Business Management, Entrepreneurship/Intrapreneurship Studies and supervises postgraduate and undergraduate Dissertations.
RESEARCH
Clara's research interest cuts across the diverse fields of International Business Management. She is passionate about Job and Global Mobility, Organisational Behaviour, Small-scale Business Management and Research Methodology. Beyond fields of International Business Management, Dr. Clara is also passionate about Early years and Education and Psychological Studies.
