Barr. Obinna Frank Okeke (OF Okeke), FIMC, MICMC, CMS(Lond.), is a Nigerian legal practitioner, dispute resolution consultant, and Deputy Head, Legal Department, UNIZIK. He drafts, reviews, and advises on matters involving administrative law, contracts, constitutional law, industrial and labour law, institutional governance, dispute resolution, and litigation, and supports institutional liaison with relevant arms and agencies, including the legislature, judiciary, and law enforcement agencies. He currently serves on the Students' Disciplinary Committee, and Public Private Partnership (PPP) Committee, and had served on the Task Force on Security Committee, ICT Committee, University Security & Surveillance Committee, Committee to investigate the Vandalization of Solar Plant RMU and Line Network, etc. He received legal training at Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Nigerian Law School, Yola. During NYSC, he served at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), and as President, Legal Aid CDS Group at LGA level, winning “Most Active CDS President.” Thereafter, he served as Counsel at Olisaeloka Osuigwe, SAN & Co.(Mercy Court), Nnewi.
