Obinna Frank Okeke is a Legal Practitioner and Legal Officer at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, where he renders bespoke legal and allied services to the Institution. He received his legal training at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, and the Nigerian Law School, Yola Campus, and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He undertook his National Youth Service Corps at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and thereafter worked as Counsel at Chief Olisaeloka Osuigwe & Co. SAN (Mercy Court), Nnewi, Anambra State, prior to joining UNIZIK. At the University, he holds an appointment as Deputy Head, Legal Department, and has served in several strategic Committees including the Task Force on Security, Public Private Partnership (PPP) Committee, Students' Disciplinary Committee, ICT Committee, SUG Election Committee, Committee to Investigate the Vandalization of Solar Plant RMU & Line Network, and other Special Investigative and Policy Committees. He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); Fellow and Certified Management Consultant, Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC, CMC); Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (MICMC); Certified Management Specialist (CMS), London; Fellow, Environment and Safety Management Institute (FESMI); and Member, International Law Association (ILA).
