Dr. Chinyeaka Justine Igbokwe-Ibeto is a lecturer at the Department of Public Administration of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and a native of Akpuru Nnorie in Nnorie Autonomous Community in Ngor Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria. Dr. Igbokwe-Ibeto attended LGEA primary school Tudun Wada and Community primary school Akpuru Nnorie for his primary education, from where he proceeded to Umuohiagu Secondary school for his secondary education. After his secondary education, young Justine got admission into the prestigious Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma where he graduated with BSc (Hons) Second Class Upper Division in Public Administration. After his one year NYSC (2004-2005) in Bayelsa State, he returned to his alumni as a Graduate Assistant, a position he held till 2007 when he left Todesn Industries Ltd Lagos as Human Resource Manager. While in Lagos, he enrolled for his MPA and MSc Human Resources degrees at Lagos State University respectively. Immediately after his MSc, he proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka for his PhD. Due to his outstanding performance in his PhD programme, the university employed on graduation as a lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences. Dr CJ has published over 100 peer reviewed journal articles as well as fourteen book chapters. Dr. Igbokwe-Ibeto in 2017 was listed among the leading African scholars by Routledge, a world class publishing company. Dr Igbokwe-Ibeto is the Editor, Journal of the Management Sciences (JOMAS). Member South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM), Member Association of South African Schools and Departments of Public Administration and Management (ASASDPAM), Fellow of International Society for Development and Sustainability, Japan, Fellow International Institute of Chartered Educational Practitioners, Senior Member Chartered Institute of Public Management, Nigeria.
