Am a lecturer in the Department of Enterpreneurship Studies, Faculty of Management Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
I hold a B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Business Administration from University of Nigeria Nsukka and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka respectively. I started my lecturing career at Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, as a Lecturer III, in the Deopartment of Commerce and Cooperative, School of Business Education from 2016 to March 2019.
I have written journal articles both internationally and locally and also attended International Conferences.
My research interest is Human Resources Management Which involves Strategic approach to managing people in the organization effectively such that they help their business gain a competitive advantage and maximize employee's perfomance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.
