Dr Lydia Eleje is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. She completed her postgraduate studies (Masters and PhD) at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria in 2015 and 2021 respectively on Educational Evaluation, Research and Statistics. She is currently a Result Computation Officer, in the Department of Educational Foundations, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria and a Member of Faculty Workshops/Seminar committee, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Presently, Lydia Eleje is a member of Editorial Board of Open Journal of Educational Research, Journal of Education, Teaching and Social Studies, and Integrity Journal of Education and Training. She is currently contributing to capacity building in training of over 4000 Undergraduate Students in Nigeria. She pioneered the development and validation of Diagnostic test for diagnosing students’ strengths and weaknesses in quantitative economics, and an Achievement test researches for evaluating achievement in quantitative economics. She has a special interest in promoting quality of teaching, evaluation and research; test development; educational diagnostic testing; and item analysis. She is a reviewer to numerous international Journals including Vision: The Journal of Business Perspective, Congent Social Sciences, South African Journal of Education, Educational Research Journal, and Journal of Education, Society and Behavioural Science.
