Dr. Ijeoma Madonna Onwusuru is an instructor and a researcher who is ambitious in designing,
exploring and implementing mobile technologies as well as virtual platforms for
virtual offices, pedagogy and educators' Professional Development. She has
carried out some scholarly researches on implementation of mobile technologies
in education. She has also designed and implemented a Cloud-Based Portal for
Professional Development of TVET educators in Colleges of Education in the
Southern Nigeria during her PhD program under the supervision of Professor
Benjamin Ogwo. Her keen interest is equally directed to enhancing career
advancement of women in technical occupations. This was shown in her
undergraduate work when she carried out research on Socio-Psychological Skills
for Career Advancement of Women in Middle-level Technical Occupations.
Dr. Ijeoma Madonna Onwusuru obtained her First Degree,
Masters Degree and PhD, all in Vocational Technical Education from University
of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria. Currently, she is a consultant,
lecturer, researcher and work-based instructor in the Department of Technology
and Vocational Education, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, (NAU) Awka, Anambra State,
Nigeria, (www.unizik.edu.ng). Her carrier started in the year 2008 when she
joined Electronic Development Institute (ELDI), Awka as a Scientific Officer
II. She showed passion in project implementation, documentation and publication
which led to her appointment as the Head of Project Implementation,
Documentation and Publication in the year 2016.
