Rev Fr Dr Basil Amarachin OKonkwo, SMMM hails from Uwakonye Aniche Arondizuogu in Onuimo Local Government Area in Imo State Nigeria. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts , Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He obtained his first degree in Philosophy from Imo State University, Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Imo State University and Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Urban University Rome. Subsequently, he obtained his Masters Degree in Philosophy from Imo State University. He bagged his doctorate degree in Philosophy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. His research interests include; Social-Political Philosophy, Metaphysics, Phenomenology and Existentialism, Philosophy of Language.
