Dr. Chris Okwuchukwu Obialor is a lecturer in the department of science education, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He holds B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Education/Biology from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and M.Sc. (Ed) and Ph.D in Biology Education from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Dr. Chris has taught and held top management position in a number of secondary schools and college of education such as Acting Register, Havard Wilson College of Education-Aba, in Affiliation with Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port-harcourt, Rivers State. Dr Chris has published several articles in learned journals and many textbooks. He is a member of professional Organization such as Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN), Curriculum Organization of Nigeria (CON), World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI) Nigeria National Chapter, Gender Studies Association of Nigeria (GSAN), Science Educator’s Association Nigeria (SEAN), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). His research interests are in the area of Teachers effectiveness in science Education, Evaluation of teaching and learning techniques in the area of cell biology, Genetics, Environmental biology, life science, Innovative strategies in science teaching, Special education, Gender, social and psychological issues in science education, HIV/AIDS Pandemic, Curriculum evaluation and Research methodology in Science Education. He is married to Mrs. Chinaemerem JoyChris Obialor.
