Dr. Ikegwu, Theophilus M.is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the Faculty of Agriculture, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He obtained his PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Theo is a dedicated teacher, researcher, and publisher with many publications to his credit. Currently, he had serve as the ICT Officer for the Department of Food Science and Technology at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Throughout his career, he have been actively involved in various university committees. His contributions include serving on the Greening Committee in and the Research and Publication Committee at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State, as well as the Environmental and Tree Planting Committee at Madonna University, Akpugo Campus. Additionally, he is the departmental research grant coordinator, a former departmental SIWES Coordinator, and a member of several faculty committees. I have also had the privilege of serving as the LOC Secretary for the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology for three terms, both at the national and regional levels. With numerous research grants to his name, he was honored to be a fellow of the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion.
