Ikegwu, Theophilus M. is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He is a teacher, researcher, and publisher. Theo, as he is fondly called has many publications to his credit and is currently the ICT Officer for his Department of Food Science and Technology. He has served in many University Committees in the university such as Greening Committee, Research and Publication all in Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State; Environmental and Tree Planting Committee in Madonna University, Akpugo Campus. He has many research grants to his credit and is a fellow of National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion.
