Mrs. Chika Ukamaka Obiora-Aghara is a Lecturer II in the Department of Food Science and Technology. She obtained her Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in Food Science and Technology at Abia State University and Master's Degree (MSc.) in Food Processing and Storage Technology at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. She has an interest in food processing, product development, Data analysis, and modeling. She also took online courses to obtain international course certificate in Academic Literacy by Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology on Coursera, Experimental Dbesign Bascis, Factorial and fractional factorial design, Response surface, Mixtures and Model Building by Arizona State University USA on Coursera.
