Mary-Fidelis is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in Finance Audit, Tax Practice, Regulation and Management practice. Overtime period, I have built competencies in auditing, financial reporting, financial and cash-flow forecasting, accounting, operations, internal control and compliance, tax management and administration. Started my career building a solid audit background with a medium-size accounting firm, with strong teaching and research experience in two Universities, and in Professional Regulatory Bodies. With well-established interpersonal and communication skills, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and people from different backgrounds. As an astute team lead, I am passionate about team building, development and mentorship. As a senior member of the Management team, my role also involved the functions of directing different directorates with oversight over Admin, Internal Control, Risk Management, Research and Professional Practice.
