Professor Uchenna Ajator, professor of Quantity Surveying,Cost Engineering and project management.I am the executive director Cost research and Management center Enugu. Principal consultant and president Luvay Technologies Consult-a mult disciplinary professional practice firm based in Nigeria. Fellow of Nigerian institute of Quantity Surveying (FNIQS), fellow of Nigerian Institute of Building (FNIOB), and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (MAACEI). I have over three decades of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Quantity Surveying, Building, Cost Engineering, Finance and Project Management. I have been head of department of Quantity Surveying and Building for over eight years at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. I have published over one hundred and twenty journals, books technical papers and conference presentation.
