I am Dr. Eunice Ngozi Ezembu. A Food Chemist and Biotechnologist in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, NAU, Awka. im currently the head of the Department. Im an academic staff and a researcher. my special research interest is on use of plant bioactive compounds in the aliviation of nutritionally related/chronic diseases. I love team work, research nertworking and global linkages.
