Williams Emeka Obiozor, is a professor of adult learning and special education; a United States Congressional Youth Leadership Awardee, community activist, Career mentor and founding editor-in-chief of the African Journal of Teacher Education (AJOTE); International Journal of Education, Science and Public Policy in Africa (IJESPPA), among others. Obiozor is widely traveled and was formerly an assistant professor of special education at the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious University of Pittsburgh, PA-USA; Wilmington University, Georgetown-Delaware; University of Nigeria, and St. Teresa's College Nsukka. He was a former Assistant Director, Frederick Douglass Institute of Academic Excellence at Bloomsburg University; former Deputy Director, International programs at NAU-Awka and presently Director, Centre for Disability and Special Needs Research (CENDASNER) at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka-Nigeria..
