### **ABOUT DR. NKIRU PEACE NWAKOBY**
Dr. Nkiru Peace Nwakoby was formally a Banker and university Administrative staff for several years before joining teaching profession in the University as a lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurship Studies. She holds PhD, M.Sc and B.Sc degree in Management from University of Nigeria Enugu Campus. Her area of specialties cut across Human Resources Management, International Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behaviour.
### **TEACHING EXPERIENCES **
Dr. Nkiru Peace Nwakoby has gathered many experiences in academic ranging from teaching Basic Business Literacy(Introduction to Business) Small Business Management, Change Management, Business Planning and Feasibility Studies, Practice of Management, Research Methodology, Human and Organizational Behaviour, Globalization and National Policies and Leadership and Corporate Management, Project and Event Management.
### **AREA OF RESEARCH INTEREST**
Dr. Nkiru Peace Nwakoby's has delivered serval conference papers and have written book chapters in the arears of small business, Human and Organizational Behaviour and Business Textbook. Her arear of research interest cut across Business Management Including Small Business, Entrepreneurship , Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour and Administration.
