Staff Profile

Dr. Okeke Nkechi Uzochukwu holds a Masters Degree (M.Ed) and Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) both in Educational Psychology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She became a staff of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka on September, 2007 as Master 1 in the University High School. She later converted to academic staff on July, 2019. She is currently a lecturer 1 and Co-ordinator of Sandwich Programmes in the Department of Educational Foundations, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Her area of interest are adolescent psychology, child psychology, special education, learning methods and skills. She has authored about 38 articles published in both national and international journals. She is a member of some professional bodies such as the Nigerian Council of Educational Psychologists as well as reviewer for International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Sciences (IJRISS). She has successfully supervised research projects of 20 undergraduate students, 2 Continuing Education students and 2 Sandwich students.
