A professor of Corporate Governance, Social Accounting and Sustainability Development. I Tochukwu Gloria Okafor started my early Career as a company Accountant to University Auditor and presently a professor in Department of Accountancy,Nnamdi Azikiwe university Awka, Anambra state Nigeria. I rose through rank and files to my present position. I obtained PhD,MSC,B.Sc all in Accounting and MBA in Banking and Finance, I also obtained post- graduate diploma degree in Education. I am a member of the Academy of Management Nigeria, ANAN,NAA,AABD,ECRTD UK, IRDI. My research interest is in the area of Corporate Governance, Social Accounting and sustainable Development. I have published widely in both Local and International learned Journals, presented thought provoking and scholarly papers on local and International Conferences. I am actively involved in teaching, research and community development, I have held many Administrative positions in and out of Academics. I am happily married with Children
