Professor Esther Ifeanyichukwu Oladejo is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer. A seasoned Academic at the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State Nigeria.
She had her scholarly training at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, respectively where he obtained degrees (B.Sc. Est. Mgt., M.Sc. Env, Mgt, M.Sc. Est. Mgt. and Ph.D. Est. Mgt)
She has undertaken and published several research works, Journal articles and books in both local and international environments on Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, including Healthcare Facilities Maintenance and Healthcare related issues, Environmental Management, Project Management, Valuation, Rural/urban Land Economics, Land Management, Disaster Recovery Planning and Management, Geographic Information System etc.
She has served as Resource person at conferences, workshops and seminars. She has participated in several international research workshops which avails her the opportunity to be at par with current international research standards. She is currently the postgraduate research co-ordinator in her home university where she is impacting on the postgraduate students and disseminating the benefits of her research prowess. Her academic and research excellence has earned her research grants.
She has held several administrative positions in her home university, including the first and only female Head of Department. A position that gave way to innovations, including a cordial student/lecturer relationship and greatly improved academic performance for the students and dedication to duty on the part of the academic and non-teaching staff of the Department.
Professor Esther Ifeanyichukwu Oladejo has served as External Examiner and visiting lecturer to universities in Nigeria, presented keynote addresses in international conferences, headed conference plenary sessions, presented radio programmes to showcase the department and university. .
She has served in several committee of professionals bodies and institutions, including Financial Secretary, Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Enugu State Branch.
