Chinedu Oguejiofo Okoye is a Professor of Urban Planning and Environmental Management. He Specializes in Housing Stdies, Environmental Impact Assessment Studies, Urban Environmental Studies, Infrastructure facilities studies and Waste Management Studies. He has supervised several Undergraduate and Post-Graduate Students. He is an External Examiner to Under graduate and Post-Graduate programme in many Higher Institutions of Learning. He s a World Bank Consultant on Environmental Impact Assessment, a Registered Town Planner. Former Head of Department of Environmental Management. Former Sub-Dean, Faculty of Environmental Sciences. Director, Centre for Environmental Conservation and Beautification,. He has over Fifty International and local Publications. He is happily married with Four Children.
