Anagonye Callistus Ozodiniru hails from Amaduru village in Ihite Ihiala local government area of Anambra state of Nigeria. He did his primary school education at Ihite community primary school and Ihite central school Ihiala where he obtained first school leaving certificate. During this period, he was celebrated by the local government management in several match past occasions as best performing pupil in Ihiala. He attended St. Paul's Seminary Ukpur and all Hallows Seminary Onitsha where he was molded morally and religiously. He obtained his GCE O level certificate at University of Nigeria Nsukka CEC Department. He obtained Bsc Hons Applied Biochemistry in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He joined the institute of Medical Laboratory Science through NAUTH where he obtained Associate membership of the Institute AIMLS with measure in chemical pathology. He also obtained masters of medical laboratory science MMLS in chemical pathology of Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma, Edo State.

He joined the institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria IPAN and society of testing laboratory Analysts of Nigeria SOTLAN where he obtained their membership as MIPAN and MSOTLAN respectively, and he measured in food and water analysis. Anagonye is versatile in experimental design, data analysis, phytochemical analysis and environmental impact analysis as well as body fluid tests to detect diseases in humans. He worked as quality control manager with Franason manyon Coy, a pharmaceutical industry located at ojota Anambra state where he analysed drugs in the form of tablets and syrups before he joined NAU. He authored many manuals and work books and had been hired as consultant in laboratory design for university Accreditation in both Legacy University Okija and Peters University Achina both in Anambra state.

He is married with three young boys and a beautiful angel as wife.
