Olusola Ogunsina is a construction, cost and complex procurement professional. With degrees in construction management and quantity surveying including a PhD in the procurement studies specialism; his research and consulting competencies are in total cost management, complex procurement and contracting as well as business development for AEC businesses. In the last twenty years, Olusola Ogunsina has worked as either the team lead or a member of professional services team delivering quantity surveying, project management (construction and software) and contract-finance advisory services in the procurement of building and civil engineering projects while working as a university teacher. He is an associate member of the Procurement Professionals Association of Nigeria(PPAN), a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) with registration number 2605 and a registered quantity surveyor with Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria.Olusola Ogunsina is a co-founder of the CostInformatics Research and Consulting Network , the co-developer of qCloudCosting – Nigeria’s foremost indigenous quantity surveying software. Olusola Ogunsina has served as a resource person for both the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the regulatory Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria
