PROFILE OF DR. (MRS) CHINWENDU ALICE UZUKE
Dr Chinwendu Alice Uzuke was born on the 27th December 1969. She hails from Anambra State, Nigeria. She earned her B.Sc in Statistics and Demography from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Msc in Applied Statistics (Biostatistics) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and PhD in Statistics (Regression Analysis) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Presently, she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria.
She has attended many workshops and conferences where she presented her work. She has published widely in both local and international journals.
She is a member of relevant professional and Academic bodies like Nigeria Statistical Association, Organization for women in Sciences for the Developing World (OWSDW), International Statistics Institute and International Association of Statistics Education. She is in-charge of Evaluation and Monitoring in South East Zone of LISA 2020 Global Network She is a member of African Women in Leadership Organization (AWLO) and Soroptimist International (SI).
Her research interest is in Biostatistics, Regression Analysis and Non-Parametrics.
