I am an enthusiastic Professor of Business Education with a Ph.D obtained in 2004 and over 20 years of teaching, researching, supervising research, mentoring young academics and beginning researchers. My core values are hard-work, truthfulness, faithfulness, patience, resilience thoroughness, respect for the individual and ethical behaviours. My key skills include organizational, team-work, problem-solving, creative, innovative and computer/digital skills. My future career goals focus on constantly updating and upgrading my teaching and research knowledge, skills and experiences in a more practical and fast-paced environment and using them to promote outstanding performance among my students and research supervisees as well as growth of young academics and significantly contribute to productivity and excellence in my department, faculty, university and other institutions/organizations that may require my services. It is my resolve to continue to use my knowledge, skills and experiences to deliberately seek solutions to problems in my community and other communities in the country and beyond for the overall good of mankind regardless of race, colour, religion or ethnicity.
