My name is Dr Uzoh, Bonaventure Chigozie. I hail from Umuchu town in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State. I was born into the family of Late Mr Solomon Nwazulu Uzoh and Late Mrs Theresa Egoabunwa Uzoh on the 19th of May, 1967. I had my primary education at Central School, Umuchu and fininshed in 1979 obtaining First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC). I attended Umuchu High School, Umuchu and finished in 1986 obtaining the General Certificate of Education (GCE). I graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1992, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Sociology/Anthropology. I obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Sociology of Development from the University of Port Harcourt in 2006. I also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Sociology specializing in Industrial Relations from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. I am currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology/Anthropology, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. I am married to Dr Ifeyinwa Monica Uzoh and the marriage is blessed with two children.
